As a small business owner, you should have core assets like cash, man-power and access to products/services etc. We need to be more aware on how often these assets are delivering maximum efficiency for your business. Whether it is templating invoices, emails, or setting up automatic responses when someone makes an enquiry on your website/facebook page, we need to look at automating whatever we can. There might be an initial cost to implement automated processes, however you will save both time and money in the long run.
Outsourcing is one of the best ways to make a business more efficient. By doing this, a business can get more done in less time without spending lots of time, money or energy. Every business has limitedresources and every manager has limited time and attention. Outsourcing can help businesse shift its focus from 'lower value' tasks to growing and driving the business.
